Step Down from Perfect fanwritten by Byoshi: One of my favorite SSB fanfics featuring Captain Falcon x Samus, Marth x Zelda and Newtwo x Peach. Despite the status says completed, the crossfic seemed incomplete.
Brothers in Arms fanwritten by Digintegrated: I think I readt this years ago. It is a Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy 8 crossfic with a cool plot.
